===Computer Group===
The computer Support group provides dedicated support for the computing infrastructure of Leiden Observatory.

===Printers===
The printers locate in BW3 and BW4. The papier is refilled on a daily basis. When the printer is out of order (no paper / new toner), you can contact the secretariat. As this is a faculty service, the secretaries need to contact the Service Desk.

===Fixed Telephony===
Observatory offices have one landline connected telephone per room. If you have questions about your phone number or how activate or to log into the telephone, contact Nancy Zhou.
