=====Report a building issue=====

In case of any urgent defects, please notify the secretariat <secretaries@strw.leidenuniv.nl> or drop by BE.4.02. You could also use the Slack channel #building-issues, where any defects in common/shared areas can be reported. This way everybody can see whether a defect has already been reported or not. Nancy will monitor the channel and take up the issues that have been reported there. 

Some of the problems can be solved immediately by Technical Service of the Faculty, but some are not such as the automatic doors, ventilations, lightings. This is because an extern company should be called for.
