======Guests / visitors - Students======

**BSc/MSc students** who are coming for the purpose of a scientific meeting, a job application or a Lorentz workshop and who will be staying **shorter than 7 days** can apply for facilities like a desk and computer account by sending an email to <secretaries@strw.leidenuniv.nl> at least 1 week prior to the visit. Please indicate in the mail which facilities are needed. If no facilities are needed, there is no need for registration or other actions.

**BSc/MSc students** who will be staying **less than 7 days** and for the purpose of a non-scientific meeting or other purpose, please contact the institute manager by email: <operations@strw.leidenuniv.nl> at least 1 week prior to the visit.

**BSc/MSc students** who will be staying **longer than 7 days**, please contact the Observatory Education Office: <eduster@strw.leidenuniv.nl>.  

**BSc/MSc students** who will be staying **longer than 7 days** for the LEAPS program (Summer school), please contact the LEAPS organization. Registration in the student database is required. Please check the LEAPS website for more information: http://leaps.strw.leidenuniv.nl or send an email to <leaps-leiden@strw.leidenuniv.nl>
