Career guidance is expert advice concerning your career and development. Together with a career adviser, you study possible new steps in your career. Or how to approach challenges in your current work.
Who is career guidance for
Career guidance is available for both academic and support staff at Leiden University.
What does career guidance look like?
The career guidance path begins with a screening interview that is free of obligation. In this interview we look at your situation and what questions you have and see how we can help you. If you opt for one of the various career paths, your supervisor’s permission is required. Your supervisor will be charged with the costs for the chosen career guidance path.
