You always need to take the following actions when you are sick:

* always notify your immediate supervisor on the first day of your illness and the first day that you are betterr
* Send an email to report that you are sick/better to secretaries@strw.leidenuniv.nl

In case of partial recovery, inform secretaries@strw.leidenuniv.nl
