+**BSc/MSc students** who are coming for the purpose of a scientific meeting, a job application or a Lorentz workshop and who will be staying **shorter than 7 days** can apply for facilities like a desk and computer account by sending an email to <secretaries@strw.leidenuniv.nl> at least 1 week prior to the visit. Please indicate in the mail which facilities are needed. If no facilities are needed, there is no need for registration or other actions.
