Ongoing and Implemented Actions

• Preparation of guidelines about computing and internet-use best practice, including use of LLMs.
• Preparation of list of cooking website and blogs to be added here.

• 12/2025: In collaboration with the institute's social committee, a message encouraging bringing vegetarian and vegan dishes to the christmas borrel has been sent.
• 04/2025: A sustainable travel guide as well as ressources and tools for the institute have been provided. The guidelines provided are additional to the existing Leiden University guides. Such travel guides have also been implemented in other institues in the Netherlands, e.g., Utrecht University, University of Amsterdam.
• 12/2024 - 01/2025: A climate Conscious coffee organised on theme of travels to exchange and debate about how the institute can reduce the carbon emission costs linked to business travels. Following this coffee, a survey on this same theme has been circulated to all staff members. The results of the survey are available here .
