24th MUSE Busy Week

Workshop Description
The 24th edition of the MUSE "Busy Week" will take place from October 17 to 21, 2022 and will be held preferentially face-to-face at the Golden Hotel Tulip in Leiden (see the link Venue and accommodation for details). There, we will present our results from MUSE-GTO and share our experiences working with this fantastic instrument. Options to connect remotely will be provided.

There are two options:
Registration in person: The fee is 295 euro. This includes the rental of the meeting rooms, coffee breaks, lunches for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and dinners at the hotel for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Lunches are buffet style. For the dinners, you can have a look to the detailed menus here:

There are three options per day and the hotel need to know our meal preferences one week before our arrival to organize themselves. Please fill out this form before Sunday, the 11th of October, so we know how many people to expect and your choice. The workshop dinner will take place on Wednesday and is covered by Leiden (see Social Events).
Registration on-line: The fee is 60 euro. It covers the cost of the facilities used for streaming.

Visa
No visa is required for citizens of countries of the European Union. Citizens from other countries may need (a tourist) visa to enter The Netherlands. This kind of visa provides coverage for attending scientific conferences, seminars or meetings. In order to request a tourist visa, you have to contact the Dutch Embassy/Consulate nearest to your city. This must be done well before the workshop is set to take place, since visa applications can take quite some time. In case you need a letter of invitation (very likely), please send us an e-mail with the following information:

- Phone
